Introducing Sundarban

Sundarban is the largest mangrove (Tidal water flow in which forest)  forest on the earth situated in southern Bangladesh at the coast of Bay of Bengal .It was named after the tree sundary (fairy or beautiful woman or nymphs) .It is famous for containing the world famous ROYAL BENGAL TIGER (strongest tiger ).The area of sundarban is  6017 square kilometers with numerous number of wide and narrow river.It very charmful and enjoyable to see that the rivers are  warp round the whole forest like cobweb (spider web). If you come here for traveling  you will find it as a magical forest.Traveling here you can enjoy the forest and sea-swimming both.


In sundar ban some people live permanently there.They cultivate there,collect honey,fishes there,business with golpataeta. Golpata is a one kind of tree whose leaf is like betel-nut leaf.People make roof of house by golpata.In suit season people from many place come to collect golpata and deals with it.

People from all over the country  come here to collect honey. There are some  small island where people live for some season not in rainy season.They catch fish there and sell that all over the countr.y
